Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ripple, the AI visibility and SEO platform operated by ripple ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using the ripple platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

ripple provides tools to track Google search rankings, AI platform citations, keyword performance, and competitive visibility. The platform is provided "as is" and we may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use ripple for your internal business purposes during your subscription term.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use ripple.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use ripple for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from ripple.
• Resell, sublicence, or make ripple available to third parties without our written consent.
• Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or extract data from ripple beyond what the API permits.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

ripple is offered on a paid subscription basis. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current rate for your chosen plan.

• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
• All fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

You retain ownership of all data, content, and information you submit to ripple ("Your Content"). By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process Your Content solely to provide the service to you.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit Your Content and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights.

ripple and all associated software, design, trade marks, and content are owned by or licenced to us. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You may not use our trade marks without prior written permission.

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party that is designated as confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential given the nature of the information. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available or independently developed.

ripple is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved. Ranking and citation data is sourced from third-party indices and is provided for informational purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ripple shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid to ripple in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ripple and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use ripple ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of ripple after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
